Highlights included the fresh poki tacos, delicate Hamachi Crudo, succulent oysters, the unbelievably flavorful pork belly sliders (a definite personal favorite), perfectly cooked Chilean sea bass, and tender salmon. The dessert was a true showstopper, adorned with real gold flakes – an opulent and delicious finale to a magnificent meal.

While I don’t frequently eat steak, I am always eager to try new culinary delights, and I can confidently say the filet I enjoyed here was arguably the best I have ever tasted – incredibly flavorful and perfectly prepared. My meal was perfectly complemented by my favorite side, a creamy risotto. Chef Vinegas graciously presented us with small portions of some of their most celebrated dishes, each one outstanding. The lobster bisque and crab cakes, in particular, were absolutely incredible, showcasing the kitchen’s mastery. Capping off this magnificent dining experience was a perfectly crafted creme brûlée, leaving a lasting impression of culinary excellence.

I often notice the small details, and these were, without exaggeration, the softest and most plush robes I have ever worn, setting the tone for ultimate comfort. The experience only improved from there. We both enjoyed a blissful 50-minute massage in a serene setting. Afterwards, a thoughtful touch awaited us: a bottle of my favorite Almond champagne from Wilson Creek Winery, adding a celebratory note to our relaxation.

To refresh before heading back to the casino, a spacious jetted tub and a huge walk-in shower were available, completing our pampering session at this exquisite spa.
