Easy corn side dish recipes for Thanksgiving made on the stove, in the oven buttered and delicious. Simple to make with tons of flavor in casseroles or a healthy side.

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (kernels, drained, 15 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (more or less depending on taste)

Method

  1. 1

    Melt butter in pan on medium heat. Add corn kernels, stir to coat with butter. Cook for 10 minutes.

    Stir in salt and pepper and 1 tbsp honey to start until hot and bubbly. Cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to corn.

    Stir until it melts and becomes creamy, approximately 2 minutes. Taste, add more honey if you want it sweeter. Serve
