Actually we created an air fryer cooking times chart too since this magical machine is both a pressure cooker and an air fryer.

I created this a long time ago and wouldn’t be without it. Thought I should share it with others too so it would make their lives easier too. I mean it’s free so you can’t go wrong. It is helpful when trying something new too. Use info to gage how long something similar would take to come out perfect.

1. Meat – timing depends on:
   1. How thick your pieces are
      1. You can shorten the time if you cut very thick pieces like roasts in half or in 4ths for very large cuts
   2. Whether you have bone-in or boneless pieces
   3. As always everyone has their own preferences as to how “well done” your meat is, especially beef

You can cook things like air fryer roast or air fryer steak bites perfectly I tell you.

1. Seafood – I like to use this trivet for fillets or a steamer basket for shellfish, timing depends on:
   1. Whether it’s frozen or fresh
   2. If your shellfish have the shells on or off

I will tell you that meat comes out tender as ever. When it comes to shellfish you don’t want to overcook though, less is more in that case. Large pieces of beef will get even more tender with time believe it or not and become fork tender, fall off the bone way faster than in the oven.

Do cooking time charts work?

Yes!! So helpful. If you ask anyone what they think they will rave about it too. You can buy one on Amazon but why?? I created this printable for you so it doesn’t cost you anything at all. We have more though….because this thing can cook ALL THE THINGS…….

1. Beans – make sure you double the amount of water to dry beans 1:2 ratio, timing depends on:
   1. How soft you like your beans – if you want pressure cooker refried beans you’d want them much softer and would need to set it for more than the max. time shown vs a pressure cooker ham and beans.
   2. The amount of dry beans you’re cooking at a time, times are based on 1-1.5 c.
2. Dessert – This is how long to cook a Ninja Foodi cake.

I mean the possibilities are endless when it comes to baking in an air fryer. We have made air fryer chocolate chip cookies which are fun, and air fryer breakfast recipes like banana bread too.

So no matter what meals you are planning for the week there is a way to cut down the cook time and bake a treat after that as well. All in one pot!
